Reservation and cancellation policy

RESERVATION POLICIES

• Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
• The balance of your original booking is required upon arrival at L’Huile d’Olive restaurant, 353 Montée du lac 31 milles, Bouchette.
• All fees upon your arrival as required, are not refundable, whether you want to cancel or shorten your stay.
• Our cottages and suites are strictly non-smoking.
• Pets are prohibited.
• We ask you not to bring white bathroom towels to the beach or the lake. Beach towels are not provided.
• Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during your stay (with the exception of the Minitik Inn).

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR THE INN

• A deposit is required at the time of the booking ($100 per night for the Minitik Inn). Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to arrival will result in the loss of the full deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR THE COTTAGES

• 50% of the total reservation fee is required at the time of your booking. Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received at least 31 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in the loss of the full deposit.
