Marc Gervais, Executive Chef<\/h2>\n

Native of Gatineau (Quebec).<\/p>\n

Marc has over 33 years experience in the kitchen. A graduate of the H\u00f4tellerie de l\u2019Outaouais School in 1988. He has worked his way up in different kitchen positions starting as a pantry clerk at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club.<\/p>\n

His first position as a Chef was at the College de l\u2019Outaouais in 1995. He then worked as the Executive Chef for the Algerian Embassy. He directed the kitchens for the Espresso Bistro and the St-Est\u00e8phe Fine Cuisine Restaurant before entering the challenging Hotel business at the Risotto, Pasta & Grill Restaurant at the Ramada Plaza\/Manoir du Casino.<\/p>\n

From 2012 to 2015 he was the executive chef at the Golf Le Sorcier. In 2009, he added\u00a0 antoher feather to his cap by getting his diploma as a sommelier at the Cit\u00e9 Coll\u00e9giale making him an accomplished chef. In fact, since August 2015 he\u2019s a representative for Vins etc\u2026 who manages private imports.<\/p>\n

He has been the executive chef at l’Huile d’Olive restaurant since May 2016.<\/p>\n
